2022
September 1 - Crew Dragon (Crew-5/USCV-5) launch [Exp 68/69: Mann, Cassada, Kikina, Wakata]
Late - CST-100 Starliner (Boe-CFT) launch [Wilmore, Mann, Fincke]

Will Nicole Mann really take part in both of these missions?
Rather, one of these assignments is out of date... Isn't Sunita Williams to be in the CFT crew?

EMIT has been loaded into the "trunk" that will travel aboard a SpaceX cargo resupply mission to the @Space_Station. The instrument will map Earth's arid dust source regions, gathering info about particle color & composition as it orbits Earth.

"May 25  18:36:00 - CST-100 Starliner (Boe-OFT 2) un-crewed undocking (from Harmony PMA 2 / IDA-F)"
Are the IDA's renamed or is it just a typo?

Looks like a typo from 3 being DEF on a numpad. Since this is IDA 3 since 1 was lost on CRS-7.

IDA-2, not 3. Or IDA-Forward, maybe they meant?

I think they indeed remamed the IDA's.
IDA-1 and one EVA suite was lost with SpaceX CRS-7 mishap.
IDA-2 is mounted at PMA-2 at the forward CBM port of Node 2. It's at the forward part of the ISS. So IDA-Forward.
IDA-3 is mounted at PMA-3 on Node 2 Zenith, AFAIK Crew-4 Dragon is currently docked there. So IDA-Zenith

Before the Axiom modules can be berthed at Node 2 Forward the PMA-2 and IDA-2/F  have to be relocated.
If I'm not mistaken they are planning to move it the the Earth facing (Nadir) port of Node 2.
AFAIK EVA's are required to disconnect, reroute and reconnect external umbilical's.
So the IDA-F name has to change when this has happened. Most likely into IDA-Nadir
The IDA-2 on PMA-2 on node 2 Nadir will get another name, and the new IDA/docking port on the forward side of Axiom will become the new IDA-Forward. This most likely planned for 2024.
I'm not sure the Axiom hub modules will be grappled by Canadarm2 and berthed; or dock, maneuvered by Candarm 2 and then berthed. I think the later plan is less risky.
