Replacing the previously used Soyuz-2.1b/Fregat launcher?
Cross post:
The Angara-A5DM-03 Persei (71754/2L) launcher set for an Q4 2022/Q1 2023 EKS/Tundra/Kupol launch shipped to Plesetsk on 16 May 2022.

Subscription Paywalled Article: Angara-5 to carry its first satellite

Or same system as earlier OKO/PROGNOZ, and this one would be the GEO component ?

This one will go to an inclined HEO using the newly employed bi-eliptic transfer orbit (BETO/BTO) without the GEO insertion burn (3rd burn) being conducted. The flights primary objective is to perform the first test of BETO is risk reduction for the GEO component which will debut in a few years in addition to other heavy Kosmos/commercial payloads. Persei was modified with a new life extension kit since a BETO flight lasts longer than the other blok D family flights to date and traditional transfers Orbital methods. The EKS payload was originally scheduled on a Soyuz-2-1b/Fregat.

Really? Are you sure Kosmos-382 won't retain the duration record? Three engine burns on the Block-D over a five day period.

Project 505 rideshares from Baikonur; tweet lists August as launch date, and this launch is the only scheduled August Baikonur launch:
According to a source on the Russian skyscrapercity.com forum, the launch of the Project 505 satellite (the Russian-built remote sensing satellite for Iran) along with a secondary payload is scheduled for August 9 from Baikonur.

https://www.skyscrapercity.com/threads/Космические-технологии.B8.1045319/page-1167
(post 23,330 on May 19)

Actually, it looks like at least two secondary payloads will be carried:

- ReshUCube-1: a cubesat built by the Siberian State University of Science and Technology Named After M.F. Reshetnev
https://tass.ru/kosmos/14772653
https://vpk.name/en/576138_in-siberia-students-and-students-will-explore-the-earths-magnetic-field-using-a-nanosatellite.html

-a so far unnamed cubesat built by Belgorod State University (NIU BelGU) (to be used for biological experiments)
https://bsuedu.ru/bsu/news/news.php?ID=759372&IBLOCK_ID=176
<snip>
I presume that some of the secondary payloads for the suspended launch of Korea's CAS500-2 satellite could be moved to this launch. CAS500-2 was supposed to have been placed into an orbit very similar to that of the satellite for Iran.

This August, 16 #CubeSats of 3U form factor will be launched as rideshare on the #Soyuz-2 rocket. 🚀 They will be separated from Aerospace Capital deployers as part of the “SPACE-π” project by the “FASIE”.

Cross post for new PTK ROS version for crew and cargo to ROSS using Angara-A5M as directed in order by NTS.
NTS directs switch to the more powerful Angara-A5M after PTK testing on Angara-A5P for the operational flights of the new PTK ROS crew Cargo Vehicle version intended for ROSS.

Many spacecraft delays announced with more expected:
https://ria.ru/20220719/spektrometr-1803387972.html
Quote
Now the Meteor-M1 and Meteor-M2 No. 2 devices are operating in orbit (the first Meteor-M2 was lost due to an emergency launch from the Vostochny cosmodrome in 2017). Devices numbered 3 and 4 should be launched in 2023, the fifth - in 2024, and the sixth - in 2025. Next, launches of new-generation Meteor-MP spacecraft should begin.
Quote
The first Arktika-M spacecraft was launched into orbit in early 2021. The launch of the second such satellite is scheduled for 2023, three more satellites - in 2024-2025. After 2025, they are supposed to be replaced by five Arktika-MP satellites of the new generation.
The first Electro-L apparatus was launched in 2011 and failed in 2016, having not worked for the required 10 years. The second device was launched into orbit in 2015, the third - in 2019, both are functioning for their intended purpose. In 2023, the launch of Elektro-L number 4 is expected, and in 2024, the fifth such satellite.

Already updated here; if successfully launched = Kosmos 2558:
According to NK forum, a launch of Soyuz-2.1v is scheduled for tomorrow [August 1] from Plesetsk, with a 14F150 satellite.

Like its predecessors (Kosmos-2519 and 2542), this 14F150 Nivelir satellite is likely to deploy a subsatellite which in turn will fire what has been described by US intelligence sources as a "projectile". It will also  be interesting to see if this one is going to make close flybys of a US reconnaissance satellite like Kosmos-2542 and its subsatellite Kosmos-2543.

Re: launch of Skif-D and three Gonets-M satellites:
Roskosmos will launch the first satellite of the Sfera group into orbit in October.

Roskosmos: the first satellite of the Sphere group will be put into orbit at the end of October 2022.

17:59 08/01/2022

MOSCOW, August 1 - RIA Novosti. The first apparatus of the Sphere multi-satellite constellation, the experimental Skif-D, will be launched into orbit from the Vostochny Cosmodrome at the end of October 2022, Roscosmos reported on Monday.

"Now the design of the satellite is ready and transferred to the assembly shop. At the end of September, Skif-D will be transported to Vostochny to prepare for launch. I guess that we'll figure out which of the two Plesetsk Soyuz-2 launch pads was used when they release launch campaign photos or video.
I don’t think they have qualified any other pad than 43/4 for the 2.1v.
