Falcon 9 expendable launch delayed to Q4?

I do not think that any expendable launches will be needed. The expendable launch was needed to enable the second batch of three reaching operational orbit faster, but with only two sats per launch, this is likely possible with reusable Falcons.

Given that LC-39A is apparently solidly "booked" through Q3, I suspect all three of the Q3 launches will be from SLC-40.

We use "end of the quarter's month" for launches known to the nearest quarter, so that means NET Q4.

In an interview published this week an SES exec says the satellites are just months from launch. That really doesn't sound like 3 launches in Q4 to me.

Launch photography (16 Oct version) lists 4 launches from pad 40 in November: Galaxy 31 32, Hakuto-R/Rashid, Hotbird 13G and Eutelsat 10B.

Spaceflightnow lists O3B mPower 1&2 from pad 40.
