Sitting out in Mojave and hoping I can spot it as it climbs... I presume the windows is still from 0040 Pacific and onwards?

Everything is proceeding for the launch tonight of NROL-36 aboard an Atlas V vehicle. The updated launch time is 12:44 a.m. PDT.

The team is not currently working any technical issues.

If you read up, as mentioned a few times, the initial period released was 12:00 to 1:30. The actual window is classified, shorter than that, and the T-0 was released as 12:40 (now 12:44 due to a cutout).
