The world needs to see 2 Falcon 9 flights within 40 minutes of each other.

Silly question: Does SpaceX do 2 separate streams, one for each flight, or just do 1 long one since it could have the same commentators?  Hmm  ;)

No, launch time is 21:54 UTC. That on the tweet (and the weather forecast) is just the window of operations for the range. An alternative T0 is available at 22:13 UTC which is basically launching on the next orbital plane.

On Friday afternoon SpaceX is planning a Falcon 9 doubleheader with launches occurring just over 30 mins apart from Florida.

Both missions will feature a droneship landing, these will happen approx ~520 km apart from each other in the Atlantic Ocean.

SpaceX is targeting Saturday, December 17 for a Falcon 9 launch of 54 Starlink satellites to low-Earth orbit from Launch Complex 39A (LC-39A) at NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Florida. The instantaneous launch window is at 4:32 p.m. ET (21:32 UTC).

The first stage booster supporting this mission previously launched Crew Demo-2, ANASIS-II, CRS-21, Transporter-1, Transporter-3, and nine Starlink missions. Following stage separation, the first stage will land on the Just Read the Instructions droneship, which will be stationed in the Atlantic Ocean.

A live webcast of this mission will begin about five minutes prior to liftoff.
