I'm going for 3 because, well, 3 times the charm, no?

They've demoed a SF on first attempt. Maybe a two engines have issues so they abort and try after tweaks/swaps. 2nd attempt success. I'm maybe 60/40 for 1st/2nd attempt getting to launch.

I go with three, due to SpaceX history of being just a little conservative on limit settings in the past. This will be the second attempt at all engines firing on the booster, after a remarkably successful wet dress rehearsal. But doubling the thrust level just might introduce more sensor-limit warnings that might trigger an orderly abort before release. I hope not, but that's my rationale for thinking there will be one or two false starts.

From "The Rhetoric of Interstellar Flight", by Paul Gilster, March 10, 2011: We’ll build a future in space one dogged step at a time, and when asked how long humanity will struggle before reaching the stars, we’ll respond, “As long as it takes.”

Most poll respondents picked three launch attempts/scrubs for the Booster 7/Ship 24 stack, but as it turned out, the first Starship launch was scrubbed just one time.
