It seems that there are two objects on either "side" of the exhaust stream at 00:01:30.590 into the youtube video - then another set of debris drops down the "center" of the exhaust stream at about 00:01:30.724.

Times are relative to the youtube video below.

I don't have the video timestamp, but a few frames after what you posted is this huge chunk.

that would in all likelihood depend on the nature of the fault, a faulty sensor causing an early shutdown would be far less of a delay issue than if the engine exploded.

I don't hear a thing about CRS-2, can you transcribe?
