SpaceX

Early in the morning, the Falcon 9 rocket and Dragon spacecraft rolled out to the launch pad. Engineers now complete final preparations for launch, targeted for 8:35PM ET tonight.

This doesn't serve as a launch weather forecast -- it's for a broader area and a much broader period of time.  There might be a thunderstorm in the general Cape Canaveral area today, but that wouldn't necessarily prohibit launch unless it was in a certain area at a certain time.  That's what the launch weather forecasts by the 45th Weather Squadron cover.
