Had to get a cow reference in there ;)

http://www.nasaspaceflight.com/2013/08/spacex-bothering-bovines-revolutionizing-rockets/

Some stuff you know, but summarized in one place, some stuff you might not know.

Technically a big-ish part 1 status update on everything through to crewed Dragon. I'm working with SpaceX on the long-term future (Super Heavy, Raptor, Mars, but I was told that'll take a while to get content back).

Wow sounds like they might still be on track! I guess I will just learn some patience on SpaceX announcing a time for the launch. Amazing article!

Thanks for this, Chris.

I can relay this piece to folks who have become more interested in SpaceX due to the Grasshopper video they have seen recently.

Thanks Chris, a really good summary of the breadth of activities going on at SpaceX, with some nice details too.

SpaceX have really stepped up into a different gear. I think some people who believe SpaceX are going to continue at the same slow pace (at least from a launch pov) are missing the real changes that are going to significantly increase the launch rate (provided of course that F9 v1.1 flies successfully first time).

Really great article. I'll post it on some other threads as it covers a number of subjects.

Thanks for finding a good balance between the public articles and the excellent L2 SpaceX sections.

From the article, emphasis mine:

Ultimately, the test demonstrated the vehicle’s ability to perform more aggressive steering maneuvers than have been attempted in previous flights.

Of course you couldn't stop with just the title – nice!   ;D

Wonderful article. Thank you, Chris.

It was almost full-up Falcon Heavy test, at least 24 gas generators running simultaneously.

But seriously folks, there are only a dozen days left for SpaceX to do that WDR before the end of "the last week in August".  I can hardly wait.
Thanks for the news, Chris!
