P137 is canceled.  The website now shows P138 as the next launch.  Also, the FAA TFR for P137 has been removed, leaving just the one for P138.

There is now a Launch Closure Flyer for P138.

Quote from: PSCA
Alaska Aerospace will open the launch window from 19 September - 26 September 2022. Launch attempts will take place within a three and a half hour window beginning at 2:00 PM local.
Launch is a complex process requiring multiple elements to work together. It’s likely the launch could be postponed, or “scrubbed”, multiple times to allow for minor rocket adjustments or adverse weather conditions (e.g., winds, heavy rain/snow). Also, the launch team must take a safety down day after three consecutive days of launch attempts.

NET September 19 at 22:00 UTC.

Looks like the weather is against them - frequent rain and moderate winds. For a first launch they're probably going to be looking for a day with temperate weather to give them the best chances of success.

P138 is pushed out another week per the new Launch Closure Flyer, to September 26 at 22:00 UTC.

Additionally there is a new Integrated Range Schedule showing the new dates for P138.  But it also shows P137 from October 10 to October 17.

Remember, there is no actual confirmation of what launches P137 and P138 actually are.  We're assuming that they are both ABL's DEMO-1 because of the available information being identical except for the dates.

In FAA TFRs, the TFR for P138 remains at September 19:
https://tfr.faa.gov/save_pages/detail_2_0215.html
Quote from: FAA
2200 to 0130 UTC Daily starting September 19 and ending September 27.

There is a new TFR for P137:
https://tfr.faa.gov/save_pages/detail_2_6809.html
Quote from: FAA
2200 to 0130 UTC Daily starting October 10 and ending October 18.

Note: The TFRs are UTC.  The launch windows cross midnight UTC so the TFR end dates are the UTC date in which the final launch window actually ends.  The PSCA information is generally in local time (AKDT = UTC-8) where the launch windows do not cross into the next day.

The weekly USCG District 17 Local Notice to Mariners that came out today includes the notice for P137 (October 10 to 17) but no longer includes the notice for P138 (September 26 to 28).

Additionally the FAA TFR for P138 (which they had still had as September 19 to 27) has been removed.  The TFR for P137 remains.

But the PSCA website still shows P138 launching September 26 to 28.  There are no new documents (Launch Closure Flyer or Integrated Range Schedule).

The Alaska Aerospace / PSCA website still insists that P138 is launching today, but there are no air nor marine notices active.

Flying on Flight 1 are two OmniTeq satellites. The mission will demonstrate the successful use of OmniTeq’s Equalizer deployer on RS1 and the operation of their Varisat HF payload.

This week's USCG District 17 weekly Local Notice to Mariners does not include any notice from PSCA.  The notice for P137 that was still embedded as of last week is now gone.

Also, the Alaska Aerospace / PSCA website does not contain any indication of an upcoming launch (except in the Integrated Range Schedule, which has not been updated since September 13th).

The FAA TFR is still in place.

PSCA has issued a new Launch Closure Flyer for P138 for Monday, November 14, to Monday, November 21, at 22:00-01:30 UTC (13:00-16:30 AKST).  Note that the local time has moved an hour earlier than previously because it will be AKST (UTC-9) instead of AKDT (UTC-8).  Note that final launch window actually ends early on Tuesday, November 22 UTC.

There is an FAA TFR now (https://tfr.faa.gov/save_pages/detail_2_5472.html) with matching dates/times, but we've had these before, so there's no reason yet to get excited.
