Really good job with the video and thought it was a very good choice of track. Sound like a decent band, and the song fits.

They ARE a decent band :). I should know, I'm their forum admin in my spare time.

Lots of their videos are on Youtube. Feel free to look them up.

Really good video ! After following the mission almost from the beginning this just shows me that there are many others who feel the same way about it as I do. Makes me want to organise a Shuttle party, or ISS carnival.
I love NSF!

Someone's got to get this to the crew, look at what's on Fergie's bio:
"Christopher J. Ferguson (CAPTAIN, USN)
NASA Astronaut

PERSONAL DATA:  Born September 1, 1961 in Philadelphia, PA.  Married to the former Sandra A. Cabot.  They have three children.  Recreational interests include golf, woodworking, and drumming for Max Q, a rock and roll band."

Great video!  The music doesn't do so much for me as it seems to with everyone else, but it was a stunning video.  Masterfully done.

On a side note...it looks like Max Q is the name of a band composed of entirely astronauts.  They don't seem too bad either.  Traci Caldwell seems to be having a good time!

Wow...so many great timing moments, from slowly moving through space to front gear touchdown...fantastic! Great choice of music too!

Thanks so much!

For more info, visit www.shihad.com. Also, www.ShihadWiki.com has lots of useful information, as well as videos you can download. Also they have lots of videos on YouTube (either just search Shihad, or ShihadWiki).

For those of you who remember this forum in its previous incarnation, we had a vote on here of songs that we thought should get a Shuttle video made for. Shihad were leading that vote at the time of the forum upgrade, with the song "Alive".

We'll have to look into that for an upcoming flight - thanks for the reminder!

Thx for the vid, very good, would have thought there should be a shot of the toolbag though, that was certainly a part of what happened up there.

It happened, but after all the media exposed it as something "tragic", we decided not to.  NASA wasn't too happy with the gal on the PAO event with Heidi... she ended up getting cut off for asking about the bag!

It wasn't a big part of the mission.  Things completed successfully.  They're safely back, and no harm has been done.

Cool live video of Beautiful Machine! Haven't seen that one yet. Seen them live in London twice and they are a brilliant band live.

The name change was a joke, but I still think Pacifier album was excellent, TGE was probably the best, but I got into them via the Pacifier album.

I'm sure we'll get someone saying "OFF TOPIC!" but they are the best band in the world and it's my site, so tough ;D

As Pacifier, when they were on that huge record deal with the US record label that didn't know how to deal with a rock band:
