Over lapping with ULA launch window of 0600-0900L ?

So far there are no NGA notices for ULA Cert-2.

Now there is a Rocket Launching notice out for ULA Cert-2, for October 4 to October 10. If ULA is ready to go, it seems likely that their launch would take priority over a Starlink launch.
This account is going inactive at the end of 2024.

This is not a cancel-and-replace, but the Next Spaceflight website has it applied to this Starlink Group 10-10 launch. I don't know if that's correct or not, but it doesn't really matter because it's already canceled.

If I recall correctly, NASA LSP launches and all USA-based crewed launches (not commercial cargo to ISS) require ~48 hours spacing between launches using the same model (ex. Falcon 9/Falcon Heavy) to allow post-flight launch vehicle performance analysis.

So, no Falcon 9 launches within 48 hours before Falcon Heavy/Europa Clipper.

See the Starlink 6-22 launch with respect to Psyche last year.

Seeking correction or clarification.

Hypothetical SLC-40 schedule:

Oct 7 14:52             Hera                    expendable

(Oct 10 16:31          Europa Clipper  LC-39A, expendable)

NET Oct 11 04:14  Starlink 6-61      ASDS

NET Oct 16 03:39  Starlink 10-10   ASDS

Information posted on the CelesTrak website says October 14. However with the launch window included, that's an indication that the information did not come from SpaceX (despite it saying "provided by SpaceX").

I suspect, even with FAA clearance to launch, I suspect that this launch will be delayed to the October 15 launch window, as otherwise this launch would need to be ~48 hours before Europa Clipper so as to complete launch vehicle performance analysis for NASA.

But, I'm willing to be proven wrong.

Following Hurricane Milton avoidance near Cuba, A Shortfall of Gravitas droneship has sailed north to support the Starlink 10-10 mission. Doug will also support this launch.

From the Europa Clipper pre-launch press conference:

This Starlink launch will move to Tuesday morning, as NASA still require time after any Falcon launch to check data prior to a NASA launch. Europe Clipper obviously takes priority and so this launch is in the process of being moved to Tuesday.
