Used SN217 active on its 15th flight and most likely SN214 passive on its 9th flight

Starlink 10-56
Used SN183 active on its unknown flight number and SN218 passive on its 10th flight

Starlink 10-11
Used SN203 active on its 22nd flight and SN200 passive on its 23rd flight. These fairings have rolled out for 10-20 before but ended up being rolled back

Starlink 10-57
Used SN155 active on its 29th flight and SN212 passive on its 14th flight

Starlink 17-9
Used SN163 active on its presumably 20th flight and an unknown passive on its 16/17th flight

SDA Tranche 1 Transport Layer B
Used SN231 active on its 3rd flight and SN222 passive on its 3rd flight

Nusantara Lima
Used SN191 active on its 16th flight and SN218 passive on its 11th flight. The webcast host appeared to have mistakenly listed the wrong flight number for the passive half prior to liftoff but corrected themselves following fairing separation

Fairing reuse does not get enough attention for its contribution to enabling the high flight rate and reducing costs.

It's a genius development.
We very much need orbiter missions to Neptune and Uranus.  The cruise will be long, so we best get started.

Does anyone happen to have a record of whether the fairings were recovered from F9 flight 129 DART (double asteroid re-direction test)?

It's the only candidate for a mission to-date where no space debris or payloads were left in/on Earth's surface, atmosphere or Hill Sphere. Everything either recovered or ejected

If you exclude payloads at the moon, there is also F9 flights 168, 189, 299, 425, 441 (one of which failed & re-entered Earth?)
If you exclude all payloads, there is F9 flights 53 (fairings splashdown but not recovered?), 236, 538

Taking over from Rykllan, here are the fairings for missions since Nusantara Lima:

Starlink 17-10
Used an Unknown Active with an Unknown Passive flying for it's 23rd time

CRS-NG-23
Used SN233-3 and SN220-6, SN220 has not been spotted since this mission and is out of rotation

Starlink 10-61
Used SN203-23 and SN200-24

Starlink 17-12
Used An Unknown Active (potentially SN205) flying for it's 16th time (previously used on Starlink 17-6) and likely either SN214 or SN228 passive

Starlink 10-27
Used SN173-2 (?) and SN198-21, SN173 was a new introduction to the Cape Fleet, its previous flights are unknown but it's thought to have debuted on SXM-8. Unknown whether it flew inbetween that and this mission

NROL-48
Used SN165-28 and an Unknown Passive on it's 27th flight (previously flew Starlink 17-8)

IMAP
Used SN237-1 and SN230-1. SN230 is of interest, introducing a previously unseen design of 4 access doors, with 2 of them placed lower down. This was done to allow late removal of covers on the IMAP Spacecraft and was done exclusively for this mission. SN230 has not been spotted since this mission.

Starlink 10-15
Used SN187-10 and SN188-27 (?). SN187 was introduced to the Cape Fleet on this mission after previously launching from Vandenberg. It previously flew Starlink 11-18 prior to it's transfer. This could have been either the 26th or 27th flight for SN188, most likely 27th.

Starlink 17-11
Used an Unknown Active with an Unknown Passive flying for either the 17th or 18th time (previously flew Starlink 17-9. While unconfirmed, the active half was most likely SN163 flying for it's 22nd time.

Starlink 11-20
Used SN227-2 and SN168-30 (?). SN227 previously had flown USSF-36 as visible by the painted over logos, and was transferred to Vandenberg for this mission. The passive half is not fully confirmed but most likely SN168.

Starlink 11-39
Used SN217-16 with an Unknown Passive. The passive was not confirmed but was most likely SN222.

Starlink 10-59
Used SN183-xx and SN212-15

Starlink 11-17
Used an Unknown Active (likely SN205) on it's 17th flight (previously flew Starlink 17-12) and an Unknown Passive flying for it's 24th time (previously flew Starlink 17-10)

KF-03
Used SN155-30 and SN218-12

SDA-T1TL-C
Used SN231-4 and SN224-3. The passive is not fully confirmed but most likely SN224.

Starlink 10-52
Used SN185-34 and SN200-25. SN185s flight was a new flight record, and it also had a crown painted above it's number to signify it being the fleet leader.

Starlink 10-17
Used SN233-4 and SN174-xx. SN174 was a new addition to the Cape, having been transferred over after previously having flown Starlink 15-4.

Starlink 11-19
Used SN165-29 and an Unknown Passive. The passive was most likely SN228, though it could have also been SN214.

Starlink 11-5
Used SN163-22 (?) and an Unknown Passive flying for the 28th time (previously flew NROL-48). SN163's flight count is unconfirmed but most likely this was it's 22nd.

Spainsat-NG-II
Used SN152-28 and SN212-16. Due to the mission being expendable, the fairing recovery was further downrange. This caused one of the halves on Spainsat-NG-I (SN208) to be lost. However, both halves successfully were returned on this mission.

Starlink 10-21
Used SN237-2 and SN198-22

Starlink 11-21
Used SN215 for either it's 9th or 10th flight, and SN168-31. The passive is not confirmed to be SN168, but most likely is.

Starlink 10-37
Used SN203-24 and SN188-28 (?). This could have been either the 27th or 28th flight for SN188, but most likely the 28th.

Used SN183-xx and SN174-xx. Neither have known flight counts

Starlink 6-87
Used SN155-31 and SN198-23

Starlink 6-89
Used SN169-21 and SN188-29 (?). SN169 is a new introduction to the Cape Fleet, having transferred after previously flying Transporter-14. SN188 is either Flight 28 or 29, but most likely 29.

Starlink 6-85
Used SN152-29 and SN212-17

Sentinel-6B
Used SN235-1 and SN232-1. SN232 was seemingly built in the same 4-door configuration that SN230 was built in, potentially as a backup for 230 incase it was lost or damaged. However, 3 of the 4 doors were patched over and SN232 is flying in the typical 1-door configuration seen on most passives.

Starlink 6-94
Used SN187-12 and SN218-14

Starlink 6-78
Used SN185-35 and SN174-xx. SN185s flight was a new flight record.

Starlink 6-79
Used SN203-25 and SN198-24

KF-03
Used SN155-30 and SN218-12

avialuh,

Amazon has completely removed all references to Project Kuiper and replaced them with Amazon LEO. I just renamed every thread to Amazon LEO yesterday. That includes all Falcon and Atlas launches. So the designator KF is now LF for SpaceX launches and KA to LA for all ULA launches.

Which reminds me to get in touch with Salo to have him rename future launches, too.

It was called Project Kuiper when it launched. All missions prior to the change in designation keep their old name. KA-01 is still KA-01, same for all 3 KF missions. And there will be no LF as KF-03 was the last one

.

That is acceptable. It appears that all documentation on the Amazon website has retroactively updated all references to Project Kuiper to Amazon LEO, as if Project Kuiper never existed. Consequently, I have been instructed to modify all previous discussions to reflect Amazon LEO. You are free to proceed as you see fit. This is merely for your information in case someone else makes a comment.

Here's an old photo of Amazon & Kuiper~

Of course the fairings haven't been edited. They always looked like that.

Starlink 11-30
Used SN191-17 and SN228-7? SN191 made it's reappearance for the first time since Nustantara Lima, it has moved back to the West Coast following 6 flights on the East Coast. SN228-7 is heavily assumed, and it is not fully known nor confirmed

Transporter-15
Used SN231-5 and SN224-4. Passive number is not confirmed but it is very most likely SN224, no other candidates fit

Starlink 6-86
Used SN173-4? and SN212-18. SN173 is yet again not fully known but known to be at least the 4th flight

Starlink 15-10
Used SN163-23? and an Unknown Passive. SN163's flight count is not confirmed but likely Flight 23. The passive is not known but was most likely SN214, it features the distinct V2.4 fairing feature of having black internal patches
