The one 70m may be down for a while, but DSN still has their 34m antennas at that site, and they've also developed a way to integrate 2 or more smaller antennas into a larger 'virtual' antenna for recieving data, so it's not a critical loss.

They can always ask from assistance from ESA's Estrack network, or the Russian's, or even from anybody with a large radio telescope. Depends on how important they think the data is and what they're willing to pay for it (although payment would probably be via quid pro quo with ESA).
