Thank you Nosu, that was the fastest turnaround ever, just 8 minutes to and HD copy.

This can be attributed to the introduction today of a new update to our process, which pretty much makes it one-click to trigger everything from downloading the stream to generating the title/description/thumbnail and uploading to YouTube.

There's further improvements planned to make it slightly faster, but the main bottleneck remains by far the download speed from X/Twitter. Can't do much about this unfortunately.
