Here’s a little #ToryTimelapse for your viewing pleasure #VulcanRocket, #ULARocketShip #CountdowntoVulcan
The Vulcan Centaur V has been offloaded from ULA’s Rocketship and I think the second item is the interstage. #ULA #VulcanRocket
Hello Centaur V and Vulcan-Centaur Interstage(?)📸 me for @Space_Explored
#Vulcan has arrived.
It’s a very exciting day at the Cape as #VulcanRocket is being offloaded #ULARocketShip!
The booster for Vulcan’s maiden flight is offloaded at Port Canaveral. The stage will join Centaur V and a pair of GEM-63XL solid rocket motors to launch a robotic mission to the moon this year.forum.nasaspaceflight.com/index.php?topi…
First stop: the ASOC ordnance bay. (Tight fit). #VulcanRocket #CountDowntoVulcan
We install the ordnance we prefer not to transport with.
Generally associated with initiation of events like separations, ignitions, etc
What sorts of tests need to be done before Vulcan’s very first launch attempt?
Lots. Stack the booster and Centaur. Test those connections. Redo the path finder tanking test series (this time with both stages). Wet Dress Rehearsal. WDR through Flight readiness firing. Back to the VIF. Stack payload. Test all those interfaces. Test the spacecrafts. Roll & go
Are the payloads all ready?
Not yet, but getting there
Not to mention BE-4 qual test completion, FAA flight license, FCC authorization (may already be done), etc. As Bruno says, lots to do.

PEREGRINE TVAC TESTING SUCCESSFUL, AWAITING GREEN LIGHT FOR ULA LAUNCHPRESS RELEASE 01 | 25 | 23Astrobotic announced today that its Peregrine lunar lander has successfully completed its entire flight acceptance campaign. Peregrine is now ready to be shipped to Cape Canaveral, Florida when Astrobotic’s rocket provider, United Launch Alliance (ULA), gives the green light to receive it.”Peregrine Mission One’s (PM1) flight acceptance campaign was completed on schedule and exceeded expectations. These tests ultimately proved the quality of Peregrine’s design and workmanship over the full assembly and integration campaign. Everyone worked diligently, even through holidays, for this incredible achievement,” says Sharad Bhaskaran, Astrobotic’s PM1 Mission Director. The final hurdle, thermal-vacuum (TVAC) testing, proved that Peregrine can survive and operate in the thermal and vacuum conditions of space. The spacecraft was subjected to extreme hot and cold temperatures in the thermal vacuum chamber to simulate conditions during its mission. All spacecraft components were functionally tested as well to demonstrate flight-like operations.Peregrine will be at Astrobotic headquarters in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on public display beginning this Thursday, January 26. Visitors can visit the conjoining Moonshot Museum to catch a glimpse of the spacecraft until ULA is ready to receive it in Cape Canaveral, Florida for its journey to the Moon.
A new era dawns at Cape Canaveral today as we begin stacking the #VulcanRocket for its inaugural test flight. Follow along as we lift the first stage onto the Vulcan Launch Platform at the Vertical Integration Facility to prepare for the historic launch! #CountdownToVulcan
Places, everyone. It's showtime! Technicians have moved the #VulcanRocket from transportation equipment to ground handling fixtures in anticipation of rotating the booster upright. Today's activities at the Vertical Integration Facility are called Launch Vehicle on Stand (LVOS).
I spy a #VulcanRocket booster going LVOS. #CountdowntoVulcan.
#VulcanRocket combines the best of today's #AtlasV and #DeltaIVHeavy with the latest technology advancements to produce a single launch system that provides higher performance and greater affordability while continuing to deliver ULA's unmatched reliability and precision.
A thing of beauty… #CountdowntoVulcan

#VulcanRocket is vertical! This rocket will launch two Project Kuiper prototype broadband satellites into low Earth orbit, send the @Astrobotic Peregrine commercial lunar lander to intercept the Moon and carry a @Celestisflights memorial payload into deep space.
