"...might make a late February window for the first launch of the Vulcan rocket very likely."It's a new heavy-lift rocket. It hasn't arrived in Florida yet. The payload hasn't arrived in Florida yet. Integration and testing for this stack and its payload are not going to be rushed.
Then maybe somewhere within March if ULA wants to be precautious about launch preparations.
The @ulalaunch team got their new #VulcanRocket rocket moved safely to the #ULARocketShip well in advance of today's severe storms in N. Alabama - the area around the rocket factory was hit with very strong storms. @torybruno
Almost. We got the booster in. Planned on loading Centaur V today, but the team had to retreat to the tornado shelter this morning. Storm now past. People and hardware are safe.

Doesn't say anything about how close to that date is possible. 25 February is roughly 7 weeks away, and the 1st stage just got loaded into its container. It'll probably take what, a month?, just to get to the cape. 2nd stage, payload integration, not to mention static fires, WDRs, etc.Patience.
Yup. First flight Centaur V it is. #CountdowntoVulcan
