I was told "38 satellites" by ISIS this morning at the Small Satellite Systems & Services symposium, here in Mallorca. Is there one missing in your list?
Thanks. I have found the confirmation from ISIS.Then (to my account) following satellites are on board of this launch:...SkySat 3...

The Dnepr launch from Yasny/Dombarovsky discussed here carries SkySat-3

SNC only manufactured 2 and then Skybox Company awarded the production of the rest to SS Loral. There should be only 2 Skybox satellite, so far.
...You are right: SkySat-3 will apparently be launched early in 2015. So we have no SkySat on this launch. This leaves 2 unknown payloads out of 38

So, I have never heard any notation named Skysat-3.
ISIS presentation right now at the Small Satellite Systems & Services cubesat workshop says 36 satellites on this launch, so I guess you're good!
Interesting. The above picture shows 4 black boxes at the right which look like they may be 12U cube deployers for a total of 48U capacity. Our current listof the manifest has 55U worth of cubesats, so there should be another 7U worth of deployer somewhere - this is not counting the 2 x 6U Perseus-M sats.Just speculating...
Latest on ISIS blog shows there are actually five of the 12U Quadpack deployers, total 60U. Adding the two Perseus and subtracting the Unisat payload gives 58U of payload, so they could have squeezed in a couple more.

But i have not found any hints, that there are 1 or 2 more cubesats on this launch.
