"Post-landing Deltas" call in landing process
« on: 06/17/2011 12:51 AM »
I have noticed on the audio of several missions the call "no post-landing deltas" that seems to be made by CAPCOM at the end of the landing sequence just after the orbiter stops on the runway.
What does it means?

It means nothing's wrong. "Deltas" are situations that have to be dealt with.. could be shutting down an APU early, for example...

Delta is the symbol for change.  The call means no changes in the post landing procedure.  There could be changes due to issues or problems or it could be for benign reasons such as supporting a return experiment or a test.
