Falcon 9 slated to launch Turksat 5B from Cape Canaveral, Florida at 10:58 p.m. EST this evening — SpaceX’s second launch today after a Starlink mission from California this morning.

Has anyone stated anticipated launch window open time to the second, assuming launch at window open?  I haven't seen it yet.

Will it be 03:58:00 UTC?
