Whenever 1049 is next used, it will be Static Fired.

Also possible 1067.3 is used.  Would be a 38 day turnaround.  It's also the newest booster, so presume that it could achieve this.

More likely for CRS-24, as it´s heading towards LC-39A around press site at KSC. There is only one way to launchpad and as far as we know, refurbishment facility is on Roberts road and at LZ-1, this booster wasn´t for sure stored in bussy 39A HIF. Turksat will launch at SLC-40.

Second stage attached could just be a fit test and some way off launch, but unlikely to be transported like that in that case so more likely to be flying soon?

Either payload fairings or Dragon for CRS could be attached to upper stage?

Heading towards 39A means it is unlikely to be Turksat which is flying from 40? (if so why are pics in this thread?)

We don't have a sure ID on the first stage.

If it is 1052.3, SpaceX may perform one to ensure the modifications made to convert it to a "single stick" are good.  We'll see.

Add: A Static Fire that's for an external customer, and also not a Dragon spacecraft, would most likely be performed without the payload and payload fairing--a "headless" rocket.

Time would be required to roll out, countdown, static fire, roll back, attach payload fairing to the rocket, roll out again, and countdown.

Agreed, maybe even a longer one.  Having sat idle for 2.5 years and being the first booster conversion it could help build some confidence.

The second stage for the Türksat 5A mission was not deorbited. I don't think they will for this mission either.
