Asking some questions here; but this content can be moved or split off as a separate thread if need be...

ONE
With the 10th, and formerly last, WGS (Wideband Global SATCOM) (WGS-10) satellite launch scheduled for NET January 2019, what future satellite system, if any, is designed as the successor to WGS?

Follow-up/TWO
If there is a successor system in mind, when is it planned to begin operations?

Follow-up/THREE
And/or might there be further WGS satellites contracted?  I see WGS-11 and 12 in the Unclear group.
Unclear:
Date - Satellite(s) - Rocket - Launch Site - Time (UTC)

<snip>
TBD - WGS-11 -  EELV - Canaveral
TBD - WGS-12 -  EELV - Canaveral

<snip>

Changes on March 23rd

EDIT: Partially answering my own questions:
Five Satellite Highlights from the FY2018 Omnibus Bill, dated March 26, 2018
https://www.satellitetoday.com/government-military/2018/03/26/five-satellite-highlights-from-the-fy2018-omnibus-bill/
Quote
Although the U.S. Air Force did not request funding for the spacecraft, the bill included $600 million for the next two Wideband Global Satcom (WGS) satellites, WGS 11 and WGS 12.

And:
Boeing to accelerate production of WGS satellites, dated April 18, 2018
https://spacenews.com/boeing-to-accelerate-production-of-wgs-satellites/
Quote
The production of  two new satellites for the Air Force will “move faster” than the typical WGS schedule, said Rico Attanasio, Boeing’s director of Department of Defense and civil navigation and communications programs.

“We’ve been working with the Air Force,” he told SpaceNews in an interview at the 34th Space Symposium. “We’ve been telling them we can go fast. We can move on a commercial timeline.”
<snip>
After the final appropriations bill came out with the $600 million add-on, commercial satellite communications providers were dejected, as they were expecting the Air Force to stop buying WGS and transition to commercial services. Critics questioned the decision to spend more money on government-owned satellites that have less capacity than the latest commercial birds.

Regarding GPS III:
Scheduled:
Date - Satellite(s) - Rocket - Launch Site - Time (UTC)

2018
NET December - GPS III-1 - Falcon 9 - Canaveral SLC-40

2019
April (TBD) - GPS III-2 - Delta-IV-M+(4,2) - Canaveral SLC-37B
NET H2 - GPS III-3 - Falcon 9 - Canaveral SLC-40
Late - GPS III-4 - Falcon 9 - Canaveral SLC-40 (or Q1 2020)

2020
H2 - GPS III-5 - Falcon 9 - Canaveral SLC-40
TBD - GPS III-6 - Falcon 9 - Canaveral SLC-40 (or NLT June 2021)

ONE
Is the Delta IV launch now for GPS III-3?

TWO
And if so, is the Delta IV/GPS III-3 launch currently scheduled for the 2nd half of 2019?

THREE
Do we know if the SV numbers will directly correspond to the satellite number designations?
(GPS III-1 = SV01, GPS III-2 = SV02, and so on...)

I'm really not sure now if the Delta-IV launch is 2 or 3.  A couple recent references have mentioned it as the second flight.

Q-so when are you planning EM-2? (Since he had not mentioned it despite long discussion)
Hill - mid-2022. Can move up date bc now have 2nd ML so can use ICPS.
Q- you're using ICPS for EM-2?
Hill --yes, and for Europa too if it's ready by 2023.
