Kongsberg has a ground station filing to support the YAC mission from Loft, but Loft's FCC license hasn't even been accepted for filing yet, which makes an October launch unlikely.

Taking a High-Resolution Ultraviolet Image of the Sun’s Corona Will Require VISORS

Sometimes, brainstorming does work. In 2019, America’s National Science Foundation (NSF) held the CubeSat Ideas Lab, a shindig that brought together some of the world’s best CubeSat designers. One outcome of that shindig is the Virtual Super-Resolution Optics with Reconfigurable Swarms, or VISORS, mission. Expected to launch in October, this mission will be a proof of concept for many swarming technologies in CubeSats. Hopefully, It will also capture a pretty impressive picture of the Sun’s corona.

VISORS is due for launch in October 2024 on SpaceX Transporter-12.

Balkan-1 is going to Space! [Sep 4]

Quote
We are excited to share that after months of hard work by EnduroSat’s development team, another major milestone in the Balkan Constellation project has been reached. This week, Balkan-1, the pilot mission for the Balkan Constellation, was successfully integrated. The spacecraft was placed into an ExoPod Nova deployer and will be deployed in orbit in early November.

The Balkan Constellation represents a significant step in EnduroSat’s mission to make space data universally accessible. Balkan-1 is a 16U NanoSat, equipped with a state-of-the-art multispectral camera. Its onboard deep neural network processing capabilities will enable new use cases in imagery analytics. The Balkan Constellation will provide EU with unprecedented revisit times, real-time cloud-based monitoring services, and AI-powered detection capabilities. The space data provided by these satellites will accelerate access to maritime surveillance, humanitarian aid, ecological support, and environmental monitoring.

ESA presentation [June 3]

Quote
** The launch of Balkan-1 is postponed to October on Transporter-12 Space-X mission; confirmation of launch schedule will be provided during the mid-term review in March

We’re thrilled to announce that constellr's hashtag#SkyBee1 (HiVE) is set to take its next big step toward launch. 🛰

After an intense series of tests, including a final "satellite optometrist" checkup, our twin-payload satellite is prepared to monitor the Earth in ways that will revolutionize agriculture and resource management.

Equipped with two powerful cameras—one capturing thermal infrared and the other visible and near-infrared (VNIR)—SkyBee 1 will deliver cutting-edge, high-resolution and ultra-precise land surface temperature measurements.

This data will be critical in detecting early signs of plant heat stress, optimizing irrigation, and saving billions of tons of water for global agriculture. 🌍💧

With the support of the European Space Agency’s hashtag#InCubed program*, we expect SkyBee 1 to lead the charge in our HiVE constellation, helping save 60 billion tons of water in the next 5 years and prevent 14 megatons of CO2 emissions. Not only will this have a significant environmental impact, but it will also deliver enormous value for farmers globally. 🚜🌱

6U FOREST-3 (Forest Observation and Recognition Experimental Smallsat Thermal Detector) is probably onboard. [Sep 7]

Quote
Our beloved FOREST-3 is one step closer to orbit 🛰️

On Tuesday, our next thermal sensor underwent integration in its final launcher with our partners at Exolaunch in Berlin. This is one of the final steps before we ship it off to the launchpad to catch a ride with SpaceX.

FOREST-3 truly is the culmination of all of our talent here at OroraTech. As our newest satellite, it will be the basis for all future constellations, including the Hellenic National Wildfire System.

We are creating powerful efficiencies as we integrate payload and platform into one, creating the perfect testbed for our best-performing fire detection algorithms. Furthermore, with its direct downlinking capabilities, offloading data to ground stations is faster than traditional satellites. All of this combines into our flagship sensor and satellite platform, which embodies the latest advances in fire detection and the capability to provide our clients with lightning-fast wildfire alerts.

We are so excited about getting FOREST-3 into orbit. A huge thank you to our partner Exolaunch and our SatDev team for traveling to Berlin and getting everything ready. Next stop, low Earth orbit!

Might NAOS (LUXEOSys) launch aboard Transporter-12?
(Launch NET October/NLT January to SSO, 645 kg)

Or, is it more likely to launch solo?

Seeing as its launch cost is 12.1 million euros, its almost certainly a rideshare.

My question is whether NAOS is a cake topper payload, and if so wouldn't it need to be on a different flight than MBZ-SAT?

Quote
AL AIN, 19th August, 2024 (WAM) -- Zaki Nusseibeh, Cultural Adviser to the UAE President and Chancellor of the United Arab Emirates University (UAEU), today signed the transport fund for the satellite "ALainSat-1."

This signing marks a significant step toward the anticipated launch of the satellite, scheduled for next October, which represents the university's first satellite project, part of a national initiative aimed at advancing the UAE's capabilities in space science and technology.

Zaki Nusseibeh emphasised that "the launch of 'ALainSat-1' reflects the United Arab Emirates University's commitment to supporting national strategies for the development of the space sector.

I'm not sure what arabic word translated as "fund", but the picture shows him signing a Pelican case.  Possibly on this flight?
