SFF is showing a launch image and a launch time of 23:54 UTC. Not sure if this is a file photo. There's no other text indicating that the launch has happened.

The rocket in the beginning of the video might not be from this launch

CASIC plans to launch another four experimental Hongyun satellites before the end of 2020

So, as per photo on https://forum.nasaspaceflight.com/index.php?topic=47005.msg1890912#msg1890912, it was a rocket with serial number Y20011805 (or short Y5) produced in 2018.

Apologies this isn’t an update, but in the third paragraph it says “this is the fist satellite of a vast space-based communications network capable of covering every corner on the Earth, including the Arctic and Antarctica”. I presume that should be ‘first’ not ‘fist’.
