Why is it lazy journalism? He reported on what Elbon said. I think most of the questions were asked by students at that conference. I don't think that reporters were allowed to ask questions. Elbon may have been musing. It's hard to tell. I find that Alan Boyle is one of the better journalist. He also often links NSF threads in his blog.

I retract my statement. It was bad, lazy reading on my part. Somehow I missed the reference to CST-100. I thought that Elbon was talking about tourism applications of CST-100 and someone had misheard/mistyped it as CST-700 and gotten excited about a "new" spacecraft. My apologies to the original author.
