I've been a member for years but in long threads, like the spacex updates thread, the forum is now crashing my browser on my phone (chrome, iphone) and my entire computer (Chrome, MacOS Catalina).

This was not happening until recently.

Also it seems like there's some major cookie errors on the site. I'm logged in, my preferences stick, but i get that cookie popup every day. I don't care about this cookie thing. This issue has been happening for over a month.

How can I stop crashes and this cookie message?

Just happened to notice this thread.

FWiW, I'm also on MacOS Catalina, running Brave browser, and having no trouble. Browser dependency??

Plain old Firefox on a Windows laptop.  No problem.

I'm on MacOS Monterey, Version 12.5.1, using Chrome Version 104.0.5112.101 (Official Build) (x86_64). Everything is okay for me.

What version of chrome and MacOS are you on?

The only plugin I use is uBlock Origin (I also have Eagle for Chrome installed, but it's deactivated by default).
