Don't you long for the old Soviet era when you got only one announcement which was either definitively right or definitively wrong, rather than lots of contradictory reports? ;-)

Merry Christmas and put your feet up Chris!

From reading NK, it looks like this whole project is being done by young generation of designers who didn't have much in a way of experience, so they're learning in the process. In that case, it's totally expected that there will be delays, verifications and another verifications after first ones.

Where is the outrage from certain forum members about workers forced to work through the holidays?  ;)

Didn't hear anyone complaining about the spacewalk on Christmas either.

Launch delayed.

Any calls of a recycling for another attempt today?

This must be the Russian launch with the most scrubs since the first orbital Soyuz-2 (MetOp-A)....  ::)

Apparently if the crew decided to de-tank then this rocket would need to be sent back to the factory for refurbishment - ironic since this rocket was once originally slated to be the second one to fly....

(and back in 2006 the one used in the MetOp-A launch very nearly requires such refurbishment due to repeat scrubs)
