I know what 144 days at sea feels like. It's no fun. I can only imagine space.
Well, Russia is offering the US use of the Soyuz for $65 million a pop, including a Russian pilot, and two vacant seats for US astronauts. But US law precludes the purchase of the vehicle, due to import restrictions. So maybe Congress can act! Would it be worthwhile to do this at least once before April 2006, if only to extend NASA's partnership with RosCosmos? Story:
