I've got the e-mail in front of me. It's only to copied to JSC if that helps.
It says that paperwork issues arising from new documentating and verfication requirements on the TBA ECO issues and ET heaters are past an acceptable timescale. The decision to move to the September window is now favoured.

Heard there was a bit of an 'accident' with STS-121's ET (which is going to be STS-114's new ET). Not sure what extent, but they are still pressing ahead with mating today to the SRBs.
