Getting some good updates today :)

"So far the ECOs and 5% sensors are behaving well. Both tanks are currently in Fast Fill, LH2 at about 75% and LOX at about 38%.  No issues so far (fingers crossed!)."
Is it only the ECO sensors they have a LCC on? What happens if the 5% sensor fails during count?
From the last scrub press conference, I remember they were satisfied that the sensor "failed WET" bcause that helped them to understand the problem...?

The 5 percent is not a biggy. It's if the main ECOs fail when tanked (i.e. Tank s down to one sensor to say when it's empty. If it went empty and Discovery didn't know, her SSMEs would overspin and the turbines would shoot through the vehicle (LOV/C). There's a waiver for one LH2 ECO to fail wet, but that's all they'll allow.

Hmmm, I'll be curious to see how the weather trends this morning...it does look like some moist air from the tropical wave offshore is slowly building in southeast of the Space Coast.  It'll be interesting to hear what Rob thinks later...

The radar shows a lot of clouds growing and converging towards KSC.

George Diller (PAO) just mentioned that the anticipation is that the sea breeze later in the day will help dissipate the storms offshore...

Seems like the clouds are expected. They will come and go through the day but hopefully the seabreeze when it kicks in will keep those showers and clouds offshore.

Assuming you are running at the best connection speed, nope. Best on the net in that link above.

That link constantly updates. You need to save the image.

Satellite feed would be better.  I have also found that the RealPlayer feed is crisper than the Windows Media one.  The WMP feed is also lagged behind the RealPlayer one.

This lag is clearly visable watching the countdown clock on the shuttle site and the countdown clock on the video stream.

There is about a 45 seconds difference.

That's just gaseous oxygen from from the O2 purge of the SSMEs.
