Nice High def replay of the RPM from the Shuttle perspective.
Even noticed a nice piece of debris float out of the Mating adapter ring area. not sure what it was.
RPM quicklook summary just transmitted to the crew:One tile on LIE has exposed substrate. No decision yet on focused inspection. Will be scrutinizing more closely overnight. No other items of note at this time.

Hey, I just stumbled across this new thread. Two questions:Wouldn't it make sense to post these new Youtube uploads into the original threads here on NSF? For example, here's STS-119 Day 3, dutifully logged by many of us here. And thank you NSF for maintaining this old content.I see that this thread is in the "Pre-RTF" section. Is that RTF referring to the mid-2000s return to flight, post Columbia? Because STS-119 was definitely post that RTF.On a personal note, STS-119 is significant to me because it was the first Shuttle launch that I saw up close with my own eyes I was at the press site!
