Next milestone in RTF is the Delta DVR tomorrow. We'll use this as an update thread as we expect some USA workers to hear how it went before any press conference.

No one is expecting a problem with the DVR - although I'm on an e-mail binge to see if anyone hears updated information.

1) No issues or contraints are being noted here today for the DVR.

2) If there is an issue, that would likely cancel the July launch and thus you can understand the DVR would really have to come up with something out of the blue to make that happen.

Someone's head should roll if they come up with a problem now, so I can't see how this will happen. All good!
Let's go and explore space.

If they do, then they better go by the book. Sometimes the bravest thing to do is to say they aren't ready.

We're three weeks from potentially launching. It'll go by the book all the way.

DVR still on going. There is one issue that has been brought up so far.

Is that the ET Cam. No one seems to be able to report back on the Delta DVR status, but one is saying work is very much being thrown into an issue with the ET cam.

Delta DVR passed.

Parsons said "at the end of the day the recommendation of the board was that we proceed with a launch. I accepted that recommendation. The FRR (Fight Readiness Review) for STS-114 will occur next week Wednesday and Thursday."
