First launch from Jiuquan in 2012 will probably see the launch of the second TH Tianhui satellite in late April or early May.

Looks like this launch is coming soon.... it seems to be scheduled for launch in "early May".

BTW I don't think this picture of a model of the original TH-1 has been posted in here before... (it's from here)

So this is one hour away? The LTDN time is confusing, is it 7:10 UTC or 1:22pm for launch?

Yup it should be now at T-1 hour. Only caught one twit on the Chinese micro-blogs, but it confirms that it seems to be right on schedule.

LTDN = local time at descent node, the local mean solar time that an object on that orbit descends over the equator of the Earth's surface. It's a unique characteristic of a sun-synchronous orbit (more explanation at Wikipedia here).

Flight velocity vs. flight time from video screenshot.
The additional velocity   increase (white dots) after 2nd stage (yellow dots) MECO could come AFAIU from the 2nd stage Vernier engines
