Turning out to be a good year for ATK with the VSE showing teh vast continous use of their SRBs and now this.

Glad to see this work continuing.  Thought it was a goner at the end of the X-43 program.

Why is ATK been rewarded? What is the risk to the rest of the space program... Does this look a little fishy to anyone?

Whoops, my bad.  I think you're right.  When X-43A ended, I thought it was the end of the program.  I think DoD and NASA are keeping X-43C alive.
