Answer to the patches question:
the soviets didn't have mission patches. Everything you see is fake.

But: after Apollo-Soyuz program they had introduced special "solidarity patches" for the Interkosmos missions with flags of participating nations. No names, no mission numbers, only flags and year (sometimes). Beside patches they had distributed also small badges for these missions.

A question similar to an earlier one. This time, related to Ye-6 lunar landers.

https://space.skyrocket.de/doc_sdat/luna_e6m.htm   has Luna 13 as the Ye-6 serial 205.

https://space.skyrocket.de/doc_sdat/luna_e6s.htm : Kosmos 111 and Luna 10 are Ye-6s serials 204 and 206.

I was wondering whether there were Ye-6 serials 201 / 202 / 203 ? Did Luna 13 had some kind of backup ?

Sorry to Jump in here with a random question.
But does anyone know where I could find the soviet/russian mission patches?

Welcome to the forum!  No need to apologize for "jumping in".

there were two sub series. of e-6 (Lavochkin build).
With lander: no. 201-- engineering mock-up, no.202---- Luna 9,no. 205--- Luna 13.
orbital observatories: no. 203-- engineering mock-up, no. 204 --- Kosmos 111, no. 206--Luna 10.
In parallel they were redesigning sat. bus which was used in Luna 12 and Luna 14. The design was named obviously e-6LF (LF, where LF =Lavochkin).

Does anyone have the specific impulse figures for the ISS FGB/SM attitude control thrusters as well the main engines? I'm also interested in the per-thrust figure for the ACS thrusters of the FGB/MLM.

OK, so found some figures for the thrust of the ACS thrusters: 391.540956 N for the main thrusters and 12.72507996 N for the smaller thrusters. Still lack the specific impulse of them though.

Are there any declassified Soviet documents regarding expenditures for the Polyus orbital laser weapon program, including the only launch of the Polyus?

Are there any declassified Soviet documents regarding expenditures for the Polyus orbital laser weapon program, including the only launch of the Polyus?

A trick to finding the best materials online is to look under its official name "Скиф-ДМ" or the GRAU  index 17Ф19ДМ and teasing out the number with translated words about cost and budgeting.  It likely will be something that will have to be deduced from what can be found about yearly budgeting to NPO Mashinostroyenia (Chelomei's Bureau) and half of all the Energia Launcher infrastructure.

As far as declassified documents, declassification is not even half the issue of publication. The documents themselves may be held from the state archives and if the state archives hold them they need permissions from the agency that originated before publication.

A little question for long time Russian readers. This is from a Soyuz 7K-OK habitable module instrument panel "signal table."
Пульт космонавтов бытового отсека – ПК-БО Habitable Module BO Panel. пульт бытового отсека (ПБО-1-7К)
электролюминесцентное сигнальное табло  ЭЛС-Б-144
A three by five electroluminescent indicator table was at the upper right of the PK-BO panel. Six indicators were labeled. Five of these six indicators are known with certainty.
1. (3) СОСТАВ ВОЗДУХА  “Composition of Air” (Red)
2.(4) УПРАВЛЕНИЯ ШОВ ИЗ БО - Control of Airlock transferred to Habitable Module (Green)
3. (7) ШОВ  ВКЛЮЧЕНА   (Blue)
4.(10) СБРОС ДАВЛЕНИЯ “Pressure Relief”(Amber/Yellow possibly Orange/Red)
5. (13) ОТКРЫТЬ ЛЮК-ЛАЗ  “Transfer hatch open” (Amber)  hatch?
6. (14) ВЫХОДНОЙ ЛЮК ЗАКРЫТ “Exit hatch closed” (Green)
The question is:
The top line is ШОВ (шлюзования и обеспечения выхода) basically "Airlock" what is the 6 or 7 letter word below that ends in an 'A"?
Left Row, third light up.
By reasoning the procedure the word should be "питание" but this does not match. Given the light is blue/green it is informational and not a warning.

**Update: 90% sure it is ВКЛЮЧЕНА "enabled/turned on" if other eyes concur.   Why this does not match the ПИТАНИЕ ШОВ command on the ПК-БО or the КСУ in the СА is still a bit mysterious.
