Disable alarm on wind script control and go manual. Have specific wind limits in certain directions from 19.5 to 23.5 knots.

Going to manually monitor winds on next atttempt, rather than go with automatic process.

Winds- disable alarms for winds in alarm list, manual monitoring of winds from L-4 to L-30 seconds. Slightly different limits for winds. Everybody concurs
