Due to the crews quick work on berthing ops, CAPCOM offered up and the crew eagerly accepted an offer for early Dragon ingress today.  Hopefully it will show up on the ISS UStream feed live...

The ground has completed all their steps and the crew has been given a go for ingress.  There is no Ku right now so the crew is recording the event.

With a 20 minute LOS imminent hatch opening will be out of sight and sound...

The hatch was opened at 27 minutes past the hour.  The UStream feed is only showing an external view.

From my post 627 PM--if the time on the website is UTC which I believe it is.  The crew announced the opening as soon as they came out of the LOS I referenced in an earlier post.

Great shot.  Someday we may see a picture of a Soyuz right after the hatch is opened but I wouldn't bet it on it :)

Chris, there's a picture of a Dragon2 in the article that should either be labeled or removed.
