Energia II/ Urigan

I have been looking at Reusable launch concepts and I came across an old Soviet Rocket design. It was based on the Energia HLV concept. The difference was this design was completely reusable. The Energia already had reusable strap on boosters but this design modified the core stage so it could be carried up into orbit on each flight and then land on a runway and be reused. Could really be a practical concept? If it worked it certainly would be something. Fully Reusable 100 tones to LEO HLV.
