SpaceX website says launch time is 23:56 UTC.  CelesTrak gives 23:53:40 UTC.
Who is correct?

(1) The launch vehicle company is most likely correct.
(2) Celestrak predictions are based on SpaceX-provided data. Just as likely to be correct.
(3) Don't miss the earlier time

Have the cameras ready at 23:53:40. Something might happen.
