Raptor 3 Sea Level version ( lets call it Raptor 3 SL ) has a chamber pressure 350 bar, specific impulse Isp sea level around 330s and vacuum 350s, and nozzle ratio 34.34.

While Raptor Sea Level version from Interplanetary Transport System ITS presentation (lets call it Raptor ITS SL) has a chamber pressure 300 bar, specific impulse Isp sea level 334s and vacuum 361s, and higher nozzle ratio 40, also a different fuel mixture ratio than Raptor 3.

What Isp would have sea level and vacuum Raptor 3 SL with a higher nozzle ratio?

What Isp with nozzle ratio 40 (such as Raptor ITS) ?
What Isp with nozzle ratio 45 ?
What Isp with nozzle ratio 50 ?

What Isp would have Raptor 3 with a mixture fuel ratio like Raptor ITS ?

If Raptor ITS SL would have a higher chamber pressure by 350 bar what Isp would have in sea level and vacuum (expecting higher than 334s and 361s with 300 bar) ?

I don't think the Raptor 3 figure of vacuums is 350s (I'm guessing 353+), nor do I think we have enough information to know what the real numbers are, so speculation about the differences seems a moot point.

You are free to make calculations and speculations about Raptor 3 and Raptor ITS. That is about the questions.
