All of those launch opportunities were there from the beginning, as shown in my post on the previous page. For some reason T.S. Kelso took a screenshot for his X post that only included the first six, but the post said "Data for 18 backup launch opportunities is also provided: https://celestrak.org/NORAD/elements/supplemental/."

L-2 Weather Forecast
Booster Recovery Weather listed: Low/Moderate for October 21 and 22.

Is this due to newly-spawned Hurricane Oscar?🌀

SpaceX recovery ship Doug arrived at Canaveral this morning with both sets of fairing halves from the last two Starlink missions from the East Coast

Interestingly the ship only offloaded two halves before departing again - appears to be going for SL 6-61 nsf.live/spacecoast

Quote
Crazy if the schedule is so tight that there isn't enough time to unload all the recovered hardware.😆

Maybe they ran out of fairing trailers and couldn't wait (GO Cosmos unloaded two halves last night)

I'm excited that they might be back to 43 deg SE launches from Florida -- especially if this is not a one-off but start of a new series.

Given the current T-0, Texas should be able to see upper stage venting and burn, while NM might be too soon after sunset to see those activities but fingers crossed it is dark enough.
EDIT: sun is 10 deg below the horizon so looking good for NM visibility.

SpaceX is targeting Tuesday, October 22 for a Falcon 9 launch of 23 Starlink satellites to low-Earth orbit from Space Launch Complex 40 (SLC-40) at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida. Liftoff is targeted for 6:56 p.m. ET, with backup opportunities available until 10:14 p.m. ET. If needed, additional opportunities are also available on Wednesday, October 23 starting at 5:47 p.m. ET.

A live webcast of this mission will begin about five minutes prior to liftoff, which you can watch here and on X @SpaceX. You can also watch the webcast on the new X TV app.

This is the 18th flight for the first stage booster supporting this mission, which previously launched Ispace M1, CRS-27, SES 22, Amazonas-6, Bandwagon-1, and 12 Starlink missions. Following stage separation, the first stage will land on the A Shortfall of Gravitas, which will be stationed in the Atlantic Ocean.
