The next Florida Starlink launch will likely be in mid or late September from SLC-40.
Ben Cooper's Launch Photography Viewing Guide, updated August 31 (after Starlink 8-10); my bold:
Quote
The next SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket will launch a Starlink batch from pad 40 on September 4 at 8:59 a.m. - 12:59 p.m. EDT. A Falcon 9 will launch the Polaris Dawn spaceflight participant mission from pad 39A on [September 4] TBD at 3:38-7:10 a.m. EDT. A Falcon 9 will launch the Galileo L13 navigation satellite mission for Europe from pad 40 on early September. A Falcon 9 will launch the [five] BlueBird-1 mobile communication satellite(s) for AST Mobile from pad 40 on mid-September TBD. The first stage will land back at the Cape landing zone about eight minutes after launch. Upcoming launches include more Starlink batches from pad 40. A Falcon 9 will launch Crew-9 to the International Space Station from pad 40 on September 24 at 2:50 p.m. EDT. The first stage will land back at the Cape landing zone about eight minutes after launch. A Falcon 9 will launch the Hera asteroid rendezvous mission for the European Space Agency from pad 40 on October 7 at 10:52 a.m. EDT. The next Falcon Heavy will launch NASA's flagship Europa orbiter to Jupiter from pad 39A on October 10 at 11:51 a.m. EDT.
My statement above would especially be true if Starlink 8-11 => Galileo Flight 13 => BlueBird-1 => <next Florida Starlink?> => Crew-9.

This launch circa September 17?  Or, will the Crew-9 launch campaign require ~2 weeks?

Further launch delays to Galileo F13 and/or Crew-9 may leave too little time for a Starlink launch between Crew-9 and Hera.

The above thought has not yet come to pass.  Launch circa September 28/29?

Which first stage will be used for this launch? (semi-rhetorical question)

Falcon 9 first stages are now cleared for use up to forty times for non-crewed launches, although that number is apparently more restricted for Cargo Dragon or Cygnus than these other payloads.

Almost-new first stage 1085.2 is set aside for Crew-9.

1064.6 and 1065.6 are the Falcon Heavy side boosters for Europa Clipper.

1072.2 and 1086.2 are being converted to "single-sticks" after their recovery as the Falcon Heavy side boosters from the GOES-U launch.

Available first stages, with UTC date of most recent recovery:
1072.2    Jun 25   (maybe)
1086.2    Jun 25   (maybe)
1080.11  Aug 4
1073.18  Aug 12
1076.17  Aug 15
1069.19  Aug 31
1077.16  Sep 5
1083.5    Sep 10   (doubtful due to young age, perhaps reserved for SpX-31?)
1078.14  Sep 12
1067.23  Sep 17

Edit October 14: It's B1080.11.  B1072.2 and B1086.2 have yet to make their appearances on the pad as single-stick first stages.

Cancel-and-replace NGA Rocket Launching notice.

No change to the schedule.

Unless I missed something, it looks like all they did was rearrange the order of the coordinates for both A and B.

There's an NGA notice for October 2 (posted above), which is still active. I'm not trying to say anything about whether 10-10 is going to launch on October 2 or not. I'm only saying that IMO it's absence from the FAA ATCSCC COPA is not meaningful.

This is not a cancel-and-replace, but the Next Spaceflight website has it applied to this Starlink Group 10-10 launch. I don't know if that's correct or not, but it doesn't really matter because it's already canceled.

If I recall correctly, NASA LSP launches and all USA-based crewed launches (not commercial cargo to ISS) require ~48 hours spacing between launches using the same model (ex. Falcon 9/Falcon Heavy) to allow post-flight launch vehicle performance analysis.

So, no Falcon 9 launches within 48 hours before Falcon Heavy/Europa Clipper.

See the Starlink 6-22 launch with respect to Psyche last year.

Seeking correction or clarification.

Hypothetical SLC-40 schedule:

Oct 7 14:52             Hera                    expendable

(Oct 10 16:31          Europa Clipper  LC-39A, expendable)

Information posted on the CelesTrak website says October 14. However with the launch window included, that's an indication that the information did not come from SpaceX (despite it saying "provided by SpaceX").

CelesTrak now has real information, and it's still for October 14: 2024-10-14 06:02:00 UTC.
I suspect, even with FAA clearance to launch, I suspect that this launch will be delayed to the October 15 launch window, as otherwise this launch would need to be ~48 hours before Europa Clipper so as to complete launch vehicle performance analysis for NASA.

But, I'm willing to be proven wrong.

From the Europa Clipper pre-launch press conference:

This Starlink launch will move to Tuesday morning, as NASA still require time after any Falcon launch to check data prior to a NASA launch. Europe Clipper obviously takes priority and so this launch is in the process of being moved to Tuesday.

Booster B1080-11

Quote
SpaceX is targeting Tuesday, October 15 for a Falcon 9 launch of 23 Starlink satellites to low-Earth orbit from Space Launch Complex 40 (SLC-40) at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida. Liftoff is targeted for 1:34 a.m. ET, with backup opportunities available until 5:22 a.m. ET. If needed, additional opportunities are also available on Wednesday, October 16 starting at 2:33 a.m. ET.

A live webcast of this mission will begin about five minutes prior to liftoff, which you can watch here and on X @SpaceX. You can also watch the webcast on the new X TV app.

This is the 11th flight for the first stage booster supporting this mission, which previously launched Euclid, Axiom-2, Axiom-3, Cygnus NG-21, SES 24, CRS-30, and four Starlink missions. Following stage separation, the first stage will land on the A Shortfall of Gravitas droneship, which will be stationed in the Atlantic Ocean.

Welcome back ASOG! If it's felt like an eternity since this droneship successfullycaught a booster, it has been! 1 failed landing, 1 weeklong drydock, 2 hurricanes and 56 days have gone by since it's last successful catch back on on August 20.
