The two spacecraft forming the European Space Agency’s Proba-3 mission are ready with instruments and sensors allowing them to maneuver to a millimeter-scale precision relative to one another. The spacecraft will fly into space on India's Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV) in 2024.

Quote
The 340-kilogram spacecraft will be deployed by PSLV in a high Earth orbit with an orbital period of 19.7 hours. They will be placed in a highly elliptical orbit of 600 x 60530 km. After a short preparatory period, the two satellites will be separated and injected into a safe relative tandem orbit.

I don't know if PROBA-3 is the third of three PSLV launches remaining this year; the NSIL PSLV launch could be C59, carrying Anvesha + rideshares (or not).

Launch is planned for Late-November:

Quote
The two spacecraft of Proba-3 will be launched in a stack configuration by the Indian PSLV (Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle) rocket from the Dhawan Space Centre (previously known as Sriharikota Range). The rocket configuration will be XL which is a more powerful setup using a strap-on booster. The currently foreseen launch day is end of November 2024.

Europe says farewell to eclipse-making Proba-3
31/10/2024

ESA’s solar eclipse-making Proba-3 mission is about to leave Europe, to head to its launch site in India. The mission’s two spacecraft – which will manoeuvre precisely in Earth orbit so that one casts a shadow onto the other – have departed the facilities of Redwire Space in Kruibeke, Belgium. The pair will be flown to the Satish Dhawan Space Centre, near Chennai, for the launch campaign to begin.

[...]

Proba-3 is now due to be flown to India on Saturday 2 November, for a new launch date of 4 December.
