This is what I got from Google Translate, which makes a little more sense (and this is about PSN-6 by the way):

Collegues, what do you think about probability SAOCOM-1A + Paz doubleshot?

Interesting thought.  They have a 100km altitude difference.  Could either of them be mounted on a dispenser in the lower position?  SpaceX hasn't done an Arianespace style dual-payload dispenser yet, so one of the satellites would probably need to be capable of mounting on an Iridium style dispenser.

You do the math and decide:

Dimensions (Stowed):
SAOCOM-1 Series: Length: 4.8m, diameter = 1.2m
PAZ: Length: 5m, diameter = 2.4 m

How did you determine that some GPS III sats would be launched on a Falcon Heavy?  Couldn't find a reference to that anywhere.  Makes sense but is it real?

Dual launch via a dispenser system is planned for later GPS-III sats (was planned after the second GPS-III sat flew but plans were changed) and the launch opportunities will be competed for thus multiple eligible launchers are listed. Delta IV Heavy was originally planned to fly all GPS-III dual launches using DSS-5 dispenser but it was decided by others to compete all GPS-III launches.
