Northrop Grumman confirms: SpaceX 'Zuma' mission will fly on #Falcon9 next month. USAF says teams targeting Nov. 16.

It looks quite consistent with the Reddit conversation you've posted before, which says NET Nov 15th.

May will only give “2019” as date for EM-1 launch, says he expects NASA to codify a more precise date in next few weeks. #vonbraun

Jeff Foust‏ @jeff_foust
That 2019 date will almost certainly be late 2019, though. NASA told Congress this summer no earlier than October 2019.

Apparently, ASIM (Atmosphere-Space Interactions Monitor) will not be sent to ISS with CRS-13, it is going to fly next year. So the external manifested cargo is going to consist of SDS, MISSE-FF and TSIS.

Mission Update Nov. 3, 2017 - NASA is postponing launch of the Ionospheric Connection Explorer (ICON) until 2018. The mission was previously planned to launch Dec. 8, 2017, on an Orbital ATK Pegasus XL rocket from the Reagan Test Site on Kwajalein Atoll in the Marshall Islands. NASA and Orbital ATK need additional time to assess a separation component of the rocket. More information on a revised launch date will be provided once it becomes available.

Initially, KazSTSAT was planned to be launched on the Dnepr rocket, but due to the temporary collapse of the launch services operator Kosmotras, the Kazakh side opted for the US SpaceX launch vehicle. Vice Minister of Defense and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan Marat Nurguzhin said at the conference "Kazakhstan's path to space 2017" that the launch is scheduled for April 2018 - simultaneously with the second Kazakhstans scientific satellite, which will be based on CubeSat technology.
