This morning's pass of Tiros 1, SPC#29 America's first Weather satellite on 2017-10 -02 @ 10:51:37 UT. Launched at 6:40 AM EST on April 1, 1960, from Cape Canaveral, Florida on aThor DM-18 Able II. Tiros 1 was at a distance of 757.6 Kms with a phase angle of 79. 7 at around magnitude + 8.8. The Bright star in the video is Alpha Orionis or Betelgeuse.
