“Still Testing” will ferry at least three small satellites to a highly inclined elliptical orbit.
Given that they are shooting for a highly elliptical orbit, has anyone seen it mentioned anywhere what the apogee and perigee will be???
"Highly inclined elliptical orbit" rather than "highly elliptical orbit".  That means a relatively high inclination.  An elliptical orbit doesn't necessarily mean a large difference in perigee/apogee.  Technically, all earth orbits are, of course, "elliptical".

Rocket Lab's has cancelled launch of its second Electron rocket on Friday due to high winds.

The company opened the 10-day launching window from its Māhia Peninsula site on Friday, but high altitude winds meant a launch was unlikely before Monday afternoon.

Sounds promising. let's hope the weather holds for them.

If weather doesn't hold there will be a lot of happy farmers. Country is facing drought conditions and summer has only just started.

#StillTesting daily launch window is almost open. Target lift-off time between 14:30 - 18:30 NZDT (1:30 - 5:30 UTC) to be provided shortly.

I guess they are not looking to launch at the top of the window then...
