Any serial numbers for the Soyuz and the Fregat?

Fregat: M133-09

Soyuz: P15000-006 (but this is a guess, not checked !)

Rocket №23 for Kourou was to be a Soyuz-ST-A with factory serial number 7/137 (7th machine of the 137th series). Confusingly rocket №24 is also an Soyuz-ST-A but out of sequence factory serial number 6/137. So I think 7/137 has tail number Р15000-007, whilst 6/137 is Р15000-006? (The 007 and 7 are just coincidentally the same.)

It never ceases to amaze me how much extra 'kick' Soyuz has when it launches from near-equatorial latitudes rather than the high latitude of Baikonur.
