Briz-KM MECO-1 and start of coasting should have happened. Second and final burn expected to take place over Madagascar.

How much of the second stage could survive reentry?
Hopefully our forum member in Thule AB, close to 2nd stage debris NOTAMed zone, will have observed the reentry
