For all (like me) who missed it in an earlier thread (http://forum.nasaspaceflight.com/index.php?topic=33341.msg1176394#msg1176394), here again the sad news via twitter:

NASA loses another good one this week. Public Affairs Officer Josh Byerly, who many of you may recognize from... http://fb.me/6tDt6pjN3

or

Last day for JSC PAO Josh Byerly-recording his last episode of Space To Ground... Wishing Josh all the best! pic.twitter.com/pv8dHLmXYB

Not really an improvement for the PAO department of NASA. Somebody knows whats next for him on his path?

A real loss to NASA, but I know we'll all wish him all the best for the future.

His coverage was superb, immediately making him noticeable and recognized whenever he popped up on NASA TV and the NASA videos. One of those rare people where you felt he was both hugely interested in what he was talking about and made it personable with the audience.

Really nice fella to communicate with too.

He's going to continue to do well in life.

Agreed...also agree with where he says: "One of the folks that truly 'gets it,'"

No, but it's vaguely hinted at in the responses to Nicole's Tweet.

She's tweeted that he's going to Honeywell.  Not sure what he'll be doing there, but all the best to him!

I really enjoyed his coverage. He really spoke to the audience like taking us on a tour of the FCR during missions. You never felt like he was just reading off fact sheets like some of them do.
